We process the data you submit through the forms on this website (name, email address, travel preferences, chosen package, dates, number of travellers, approximate budget and your message) and data generated when you visit the site (technical logs and cookies, described in the Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and deliver the service (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and, where you consent, for analytics and marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data retention
Enquiry data is kept until your request is handled and for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless the law (e.g. tax rules) requires longer retention. Cookie consent records are kept for 6 months.

We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with partners necessary to deliver your trip (e.g. accommodation providers, carriers, insurers) and technical service providers (website hosting, email) that process data on our instructions.

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw any consent you gave.
